The Conuerter. Converter housing and gearboK are
fitted in the reverse order to removing. _onneçt the
Ie3ds for the starter inhibitor switçh and reverging
light correctly. see fig. 4-1 14.

1 _ laCk up the car. Disconnect the çontrol rodg ,
from the gearboK lever (9, Fig. 4-1 15) and the
Iever arm (5).
2_ Unscrew the bolts and remove the braç_et (6)
from fhe lever arm. Remove the nut and gepa-
rate the uarious parts.
3_ Remove the shift lever knob. UngCrew both the Fig. ___g. wi,i,g di,g,,_
